Bill, you have a somewhat unique situation at this point in the play.  As I posted, your township has three active operators.  Competition is always beneficial for mineral owners considering lease offers.

Since all operators want to drill long lateral wells, you and your neighbors are in great position to bargain with all three operators.  Section 17 to your north and Section 29 to your south are not developed.  I would expect that all three operators would like to have those three sections.  If you want to have a cooperative effort among unleased mineral owners, I would concentrate on 17 &29.  If there are sufficient unleased acres in those three sections, you would have a great advantage by working together.  Good luck.
