Brix will drill an HC well in 31-12-10 and 6-11-10, the later being a Tellurian operated unit.

Vine will drill an HC well in 7 & 18 - 11-10, Section 18 is a Tellurian operated unit.

Tellurian will continue to operate and report the unit wells in 6 & 18 - 11-10 and may drill additional H wells in the future.

Brix and Vine will drill, operate and report the HC wells in the subject units and any additional HC wells that may be drilled in the future.
