BSI Keydets B1

I was just looking through the RRC site and looked at Form P-15 for the BSI Keydets B1 and noticed that it is only 80 acres. What gives?

The W-1 shows the lease to be 782 acres...

BSI Keydets B1

The P-12 (accessible from the link) also shows 782 acres.
