Im part of the Harper A-11  survey in Harrison County

drilling has been done literally on top of us,

I have called Chesapeake to no avail!

I have sent emails and called ~NO REPLIES !!!

We FINALLY contacted our land man Tom Tourney

and he seemed surprised we had not heard anything 2 years later..

he was also aware it was time to renew...

He said he no longer had anything to do with this but promised to look into it and get back with us~

well nothing !

I have pulled the Harper survey up on the RRC site, I see wells/Drilled

The only info my paperwork has on it is Harper A-11

my neighbor who also has mineral on her 68 acres in the same survey has heard nothing...

Just Jeannie,

Chesapeake completed the Harper Gas Unit #1H back in September of '09 and reported first sales in that month. Here are links to the Unit Plat and P-12 (owners), as filed with the TRRC. You can look at the plat (really poor quality) and see if your tract is included. Compare the tract numbers to the P-12 list of owners.

Plat: http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/dpimages/img/600000-699999//PR000069...

P-12: http://webapps.rrc.state.tx.us/dpimages/img/600000-699999//PR000069...

If you looked at the GIS map you are aware that there are numerous vertical wells in Harper, A-11 that are not Haynesville wells. The Chesapeake-Harper 1H is the only horizontal Haynesville well in the survey while Samson Lone Star and Valence each have a vertical Haynesville well. If you zoom in on the map you will get road detail that might help you figure out where your tract is in the survey. Then you can look at the permits for the wells in that vicinity by selecting "Identify Wells" from the Map Tools drop down list and clicking on the well symbol on the map. I hope this helps a little.
