Chesapeake HA RA SU 83

I received notice of proposed units in T17n R15w sec 12 and sec 13. Twin Cities has indicated they are very active in leasing these areas. Current offer is $6000, 3 year primary term and no extension. There is currently a pipeline being constructed in this area which makes everything even more interesting. I have a map of the proposed units on pdf attached below.
