Apparently not satisfied with burning down the garage and taking the converted Suzuki EV with it late last week, our suicidal Volt, which had since been unplugged entirely, somehow spontaneously reignited it's own battery as if to make sure the job of offing itself was done good and proper as well as give the finger to not only it's manufacturer, but it's owner who insisted it couldn't possibly be one of his cars that started the fire. http://www.dailymail.co.uknews/article-1378314/GM-investigate-Chevy...
In other completely unrelated news, the government decided now that GM has retreated below it's recent IPO, it's a good time to think about looking for buyers. I swear you can't make this stuff up. http://blogs.forbes.com/steveschaefer/2011/04/19/treasury-to-sell-g...

I wouldn't mind hearing what the investigation turns up. Both vehicles now are extremely energy efficient but they do not go very far.
yeah i'm interested in the "investigation" too.

good job, government motors. at least they're only "asking," and this is only "similar" to a recall. of every single volt made. http://bottomline.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2012/01/05/9976867-gm-to-fort...
