We have all decided we would have never been looked up except for the fact the landowner leased this property and could not get a clear title for XTO. We also found out there are 3 wells. Two producing since 2005. Will they pay us back to then since we own Min rights for life. They have already paid some throught he years but not to any of us lost heirs that they are looking up. What are our rights. One of the offices in Center Tex told us there is no halves or forths undergound. It is all divided equally. True or false. We all agree we have been deceived already in the warranty deed. We want the truth. Again are we generic heirs or equals. We are not blood heirs. What can we expect. XTO man is working to find heirs for proof of heirship as we speak. Any info would be appreciated. What does it mean to leave a gift. I missed something. I sure have gotten a lot of help from all you Shalers. Thanks
