We signed a lease agreement in 2008 with Elite. Nothing has happened in our area, and lease should expire in a couple of months unless they produce.

There are NO phone numbers, email contacts, fax numbers, etc. listed on my contract, and cannot find on the Internet.

Is there anyone else out there that has this information?

Any tips on renegotiating a new lease for property near San Augustine, Tx?
Thanks,
Melissa

When seeking information that is location specific it is a good idea to post your question in the appropriate group.  In this case:  http://www.gohaynesvilleshale.com/group/sanaugustine

Thought I did.

It's in "Haynesville", not San Augustine County.

We, too, signed with Elite Landworks in 2008.  Our acreage is located just to the West of you.  At that time, Elite was contracted out by Cabot Oil to do their leasing.  If your lease has expired its probably just best to sit back and wait for another compamny to contact you.  XTO is doing some drilling in that are, right now.  You might hear something from them.  I can give you the landman contact, for XTO, if youd like.  However, like I said, its probably in your best interest to let them contact you.

Good luck!

Yes, please give me the number. At least we can get a contact and go from there.
Thanks.
