This info was released almost 3 weeks ago, I wonder why they are just putting it out on Marketwire.

Dion - They already have ROW, too, and are waiting for Open Season to end? Or do they get ROW after Open Season? And of course waiting on FERC. How sure are they that this will be done by 2011? And all of the interchanges lead NE, will any of our own gas be supplied to LA consumers?

Does anybody know the proposed route? Is it going in with a common carrier? Are there going to be new lands affected or is it going in an existing right-of-way? Thanks

CAP, I do know the Tiger Pipeline will be an interstate gas pipeline regulated by FERC. It will be an open access pipeline but parties' that sign up for firm capacity will have priority access. Chesapeake is already planning to have 1 Bcfd of firm capacity.

Visually the route appears to parallel the recently constructed Centerpoint and Gulf South 42" pipelines.

If they're coming this way again, I'll be ready this time. The overall experience was a huge frustrating problem that still lingers today. Seems like there are a lot of people that share this idea about those pipeline bullies. We're paid low $$ for their success on many levels. We're paid low bonus and royalty and then paid low money for right of way. Not to mention no damage money.

Has anyone else been shoved around with smiles throughout the pipeline process and left with the undesireable finished product?

since may I've had to fight off pipelines access roads and entering my property whenever they feel like it. hired an attorney to stop the pipline and informed them i own the land not them by the way i'm still not leased

hi angie when approached for the first pipeline did you have the option of refusing the survey and also were they willing to negotiate the compensation or was it "heres the deal"

hi angie, have you noticed the projected map of the haynesville connector pipeline is almost identical to the tiger pipeline. what do you bet after this tiger pipeline we get hit with another 42 inch line.

i just received a packet this morning requesting a permission to survey for the tiger pipeline . survey is expected to begin around april. as far as i can tell pipeline will run close to the last interstate pipeline running east to west through keatchie and kickapoo
