By the maps put out, the shale field extends eastward to about Ouachita Parish. Now we're hearing of possible drilling in west Mississippi...... Wonder why were're not hearing anything about the Jackson Parish/Lincoln/Bienville areas? Nothings been done since the drilling was all done around Vernon....
Anyone got any info would be appreciated.

Tom, it is not clear which well you are referring to. If you want some feed back, you need to provide specifics (well serial number or section-township-range).
sorry, my bad, sn: 241083 Della Colvin the Devon horizontal well
They had a little salt water spill... other than that we will just have to wait.
sn@ 241083 LCV della colvin well shows 3100 MCFD 36/64 choke 2600 bwd 1600# FP nearly 3900 ft of perfs. Wonder if the water is still from the frac and hope the gas stays up. should know results of 2nd horizontal in that section is a few months.
3100 MCFD = 3.1 mmcf/d / 2600 bwpd and only 1600# FP...........hhhhmmmmmmmmm
Tom S....Re: "should know results of 2nd horizontal in that section in a few months." Questions: What are the "horizontal" wells to which you are referring ?
