Texas-based GeoFrame Energy won over Franklin County officials and landowners with commitments to hire locally, answer questions and protect the land
“The key thing we wanted to tell you is, you guys are sitting on a gold mine.”
That’s how GeoFrame Energy CEO Bruce Cutright opened a meeting this past month in a packed conference room in Mount Vernon, population 2,500, a half hour east of Sulphur Springs in Franklin County.
