Greenwood Leasing

Anybody getting lease offers on Jefferson Paige road in Greenwood/Shreveport?  My mother in law has received a pretty low offer of $250/acre from a guy who says he's affiliated with Chesapeake. 17N-15W

A good bit of leasing activity has been ongoing in 17N-15W for awhile by several companies but I've heard nothing on Chesapeake being involved until your post.
