Have there been any completions in the Bossier Shale in the south end of Desoto or anywhere the Bossier is at?  What do you think the EUR/well would be?  Better or worse than it's neighbor below which is the Haynesville?

There are dozens of Bossier completions across the Haynesville Shale portion of the basin in NW  LA and E TX.  As with the Haynesville Shale, the Bossier Shale has a wide variance in productive potential so it matters very much what specific area you are interested in olddog.

No where in particular, but I'm in very southeast Desoto 9-14 11n 11w. Was Messenger a Bossier?

If memory serves the Messenger ( a vertical well) included perforations in the Bossier along with the Haynesville.  Maybe even the Lower CV.

Was really interested if there was difference because haynesville gets all the hype but very rarely hear about the Bossier which is here as well.

There is no reason to hype or drill the Bossier considering that a HA well will HBPs the Bossier and more dry gas is not much of an incentive to drill.  The Bossier is actually included in the depth definition of HA units.  There are no Bossier completions of which I am aware in your immediate vicinity.  Keeping in mind that there is a wide variance in IPs, here is a well that some believe to be a BO completion (listed as JUR A) that is in your general area:
