I know you've heard this countless times but it probably needs to be said again. We are extremely lucky and fortunate to have you on this blog sharing your knowledge day in and day out. I've been on this blog from the beginning and have learned so much from you, Jay and the Baron. For that I'm truly grateful. 
Hope you had a Merry Christmas. 
I can't forget to throw Two Dogs in the mix as well. He seems to be a great landman. 
While  we be a throwing many thanks to being helped so much with education lets "throw" in a huge thanks to that SKIP PEEL , feel it is a wonderful team effort of knowledge and kindness to 'splain complicated issues to us courtry folk... Tuscaloosa Trend Sits On Top Of Poorest Neighbourhood For Decades - Yet No Royalties Ever Paid To The Community -- Why??

In researching the decades-old Tuscaloosa Trend and the immense wealth it has generated for many, I find it deeply troubling that this resource-rich formation runs directly beneath one of the poorest communities in North Baton Rouge—near Southern University, Louisiana—yet neither the university ( that I am aware of)  nor local residents appear to have received any compensation for the minerals extracted from their land.
