This section was surveyed in 2009 why would they survey it again?

Seismic survey results are proprietary.  The 2009 seismic belongs to the company, or companies, that ordered and paid for it.  It may not be available to the company conducting the current shoot.

The check I got from the first survey was from chesapeake so I assume another company is coming in on the section

Like Jay I'd think Indigo is most likely.
