Does anyone know about this lease? My family has owned the mineral rights for 50+ yrs. We have it leased out now for the 2nd time. The land man told me that there was a drill schedule, and was supposed to sink a well before the end of 2010. As of yet I have seen nothing. I know they were supposed to drill to 7600ft according to a earlier discussion. Getting tired of waiting.
Maximus Operating was a drilling company that is supposed to be doing the job, however they have a website that has been under construction for months. Wondering if they are still operating.

AboutAs exciting as this is, we know that we have a responsibility to do this thing correctly. After all, we want the farm to remain a place where the family can gather for another 80 years and beyond. This site was born out of these desires.
