My 1,000 acre property is scattered around Rusk County, Texas. Does the Haynesville Shale reach here?

Thanks to The_Baron. Great image but there must be a mistake. The organic shale deposition doesn't go far enough north, leaving part of North Caddo Parish empty. This has to be wrong, I'm sure. It would be good to know the source; also - would these images partain only to a certain strata through this area? I'm sure if you poke a little deeper there's something there for us northmost North Caddo Parish (Rodessa area) folks.
Sam Smith,

The map is from Chesapeake. It is in their investor's relations presentations.

For a side by side map, comparing Chesapeake and Petrohawk's maps look at Les B's post under Estimated reserves in core area.
How accurate is it?
Doesn't sound right to me why is it that there is so much drilling going on south of henderson and north of nagadoches according to that map it doesnt enter rusk county as i say doesn't sound creditable.

Also that map has been on this site for months.
Drilling into HA shale?
I Just received my bonus from Matador, We negotiated for only a week
Got good price. Can't say how much, but it was over 4500.00 an acre.
They are drilling all around me north of town off of HWY 1. I have rest of land leased to CHPK. They have 4 wells sitting on 7,000 lbs.
before they go HZNTL. I'm in Sec. 10, Joe Dyer HWY 1 North.
It is only as acurate as the data available and the skill of the geologist who drew it.

However, I have yet to see any data that contradicts it...also it looks vaugly familiar to the gorila uplift....
