How the Shales May Develop After HBP--See EOG and 5/11/12.

For a glimpse of how the HA/MB shales may develop after the HBP effort, take a look at S5, 11N, 12W. EOG has permitted 10 wells in S5 (3 are on a pad in S8, but PBH in S5). Of the 10 permits, seven are drilling or completed and delivered to sales. Of the 10 permits, six are HA Shale and four are MB Shale.

If 80 acre spacing holds, this would result in 16 wells in S5, of which 10 are now permitted and seven are underway.
