This is chesapeake rep. in sabine t-9 13-w, most of the lease's i have heard about are for $5000.00. I also understand 30 day draft involved....hope this help's you a little. Don't look for the first offer to be for 5-k though!

I'd like to chime and say they are a good group of guys and have been around for long time. They were here way before the boom and do a good job.

RC, they likely don't do the work for CHK that involves production or drilling and simply dont know. I'm not saying that is an excuse to ignore your messages, but they aren't privy to lots of that info.

Anyway, reputable individuals.
