does anyone have info on how much leases are going for in Panola County,,west of Lake Murvaul.

anywhere between $500 and $5,000 an acre... depending on where you are.... depths drilled... and lease agreement. those are just a few things to consider. i know there are others out there who know more than i know. General rule... don't accept the first offer. Patience is important.
