My wife and her siblings have 90 acres in terrebonne parish, mostly marsh.
We went to the property last week and found there were stakes and bamboo poles with flags on them and the had #'s on them. Line # and other numbers.

I asked someone from around there if they knew what this were and they said they believed it was a seismic company doing a survy.

My question is do they have the right to do this without my concent to use my property to do there work.

My question is how can I find out who these people are I cannot catch them and even if I did I would need a Air boat.

I know this is not about the Haynesville Shale and excuse me if I am not suppose to ask this question but I thought I would try.

Thanks very much

This area has suffered immense environmental degradation…
