For the past week, several HPS O&G / Petrohawk landmen have been working the north side of HWY 120 between Belmont and Zwolle....T8N - 12W....$6000 per acre, 25%, 3 years.

Have a offer of $8000 per acre with 25% from petrohawk in Keithville, section 7.
