What does that mean in plain-speak? Does it mean there's a big oil pool down deep? How deep... where is it... La./Tex? Thanks, jhh

Electrodynamics,
I am really showing my ignorance and this is off topic and am prepared for the tongue lashing that will follow but today a driller told me that there is speculation that the Lafayette Shale could be as far up as Sabine Parish - what is that play - oil or gas? Is it deep or shallow! Or is this a bunch of bull. Feel free to set me straight - but be kind! Ha
