Kirk, if you want feedback from mineral owners in the area of S21-11N-14W, it is best to post in the DeSoto Parish Group. Link follows: http://www.gohaynesvilleshale.com/group/desotoparishnetwork
Section 21 is under Haynesville Drilling Unit order to Petrohawk. This allows them to Force Pool all mineral interests within the unit boundaries, including those leased by Chesapeake or other operators/lessees.
Kirk,
I have a mineral interest in 21-11-14. Petrohawk is going to drill a Haynesville well that will cover the entire section. The only down side to this area is that most of the wells that have been drilled in the vacinity have not been very good producing wells. Good luck!!
Is this section just north of parish line/sabine-desoto?
Kirk, see the following wells:
Chesapeake, ChkLaMin 17 #H1 Well, Serial #241281, S17-T11N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 8832 Mcfd, 22/64" Choke, 5120 psi Flowing Pressure
Chesapeake, Labokay 18 #H1 Well, Serial #239692, S18-T11N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 9670 Mcfd, 22/64" Choke, 5685 psi Flowing Pressure
Chesapeake, Coval 19 #H1 Well, Serial #238613, S19-T11N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 8670 Mcfd, 20/64" Choke, 4860 psi Flowing Pressure
Chesapeake, ChkLaMn 29 #H1 Well, Serial #241130, S29-T11N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 7386 Mcfd, 22/64" Choke, 4660 psi Flowing Pressure
Chesapeake, Mercer 30 #H1 Well, Serial #238702, S30-T11N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 5733 Mcfd, 20/64" Choke, 3980 psi Flowing Pressure
Chesapeake, Blackstone 31 #H1 Well, Serial #239119, S31-T11N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 5279 Mcfd, 18/64" Choke, 4241 psi Flowing Pressure
Petrohawk (KCS), La Bokay 33 #H1 Well, Serial #240504, S33-T11N-R14W, DeSoto Parish, 5761 Mcfd, 14/64" Choke, 7050 psi Flowing Pressure
Kirk, generally I would rate these wells as fair since they are at or slightly below average in performance.
