No wonder Boone Pickens is pushing for natgas vehicles. Unless some other uses for natgas is found, most of Haynesville Shale likely will remain in the ground for a long time.

I'm roughing it too. My remote control isn't working for some reason. I had to go to the fireplace and flip the switch, but it was worth the effort. There's just no end to the lengths that I will go to in supporting Natural gas.
Henry, don't worry as industry and Washington are well aware of the benefits of natural gas. There are some great industry groups (AGA, NGSA, INGAA, NGVC, etc) that promote and lobby for natural gas. Just recognize "Big Coal" has a powerful voice in Washington and sees natural gas as the enemy.
This was from the 6:00 pm KSLA news broadcast.

"Jindal says he hopes to have encouraging news about I-49 funding in the coming weeks after his meeting with President-Elect Barak Obama.

Jindal heads to Philladelphia on Monday to meet with the president-elect and several other governors from across the country to discuss national economic challenges.

Obama asked the National Governors' Association to coordinate the meeting."

Maybe while Jindal is there, he could get in a word or two about ng drilling? Or is that wishful thinking?
Thank all of you for your insight.
Exactly!!! Let gas go up again!!! Lets C what happens!!! I think it's better to get the gas out of the ground!!! Put it to market!!!

natgas a yr ago was $7 and they were drilling like crazy. hk 15000 mcf/d at 80% depletion firt yr @ $ 6.5 begets about $20mil first yr . $15 mil their side for $8mil well plus ave $400k bonus . seems like hs irr leap over others . i see 9000 ave mcf/d in the hs as the gold standard in the shale . in 7 or 8 mos on an hk unit is playing on house money .
