CHK bought Empresa about 4 weeks ago.
My Empresa royalty checks now come from CHK.

Gayden. Are you sure? The way the media covers CHK and Aubrey, I would have expected to see a report. There is nothing in regard to a sale on CHK,s or Empresa's websites. The fact that you received a royalty check from CHK may only indicate that they have acquired Empresa's leasehold and existing wells in the area of your minerals. Could you post the s-t-r?
