I have land in section 33, 16n-13w in elm grove.  The one

well we received royalties on was Debroeck su 115.  I now see

another well added Hoss/Debroeck in the same field and same

parrish (S. Caddo). What does this mean for my 250 acres in

the aforementioned unit?

Drilling and Production units not only have a defined surface boundary, they also have a depth definition.  LCV RA SU115 is a unit formed for the Lower Cotton Valley formation.  The well, DEBROECK 33 #1, is producing from perforations at 11522 to 11536'.  HOSS RA SU97 is a Hosston formation well, B DEBROECK 33 #1, permitted to 6800' True Vertical Depth and 6919' Measured Depth.

so last year when we renewed our lease with camterra, which included a depth clause

for us receiving royalties for any minerals below 8000 ft, does this include our land?

The Hosston formation, as I indicate above, is at approximately 6800'.  Since I don't have a copy of your lease, I can't give you a definitive answer however I suspect that your Camterra lease is for all formations from the surface of the earth down to 8000'.  Go read it again.
