Royalties

I received a contract in the mail from Pinnacle Gas and Oil last week offering to buy 10% of my royalties for approx $1,600 per acre. I did not reply of course. Are their other better offers out there and would this be an indication that someone will be drilling in the not to distant future. ( Section 25 T14 Red River Parish) Thanks

I think that this is an example of one of the small time local operators trying to hang on to a piece of the pie by any means necessary.

PInnacle Oil and Gas is a royalty buyer out of Lafayette, La. Says nothing about drilling in the near future.
