The wells are in Section 3 (HA operator Expand), 10 and 15 (HA operator Comstock) 13N-15W. This is an application for well spacing, not a well permit. I have long wondered whether HA operators would ever farm out a more shallow formation in their units. This area has had horizontal CV wells drilled years ago by Indigo. Some of those were very good CV wells. Sabine has experience drilling horizontal CV wells in E TX.
