does any body no why in survey 139 there is two wells permitted one by xto and i think south western back in late 2008 and they haven't did anything yet. This is about 5 miles west of the kardel well by devon. some one give me some input .

You will have to be patient, Jerry. XTO will make a move eventually. You are in a good location so hang in there.
