I own 300 acres in survey 139 what is the going price for a lease. i have had people calling me and i am not leasing right now i am holding out until the price goes up.

will they drill if you are not leased?? or will they just move over 476'
leo take a look at the offset wells around the property there is some great production on them wells an they are not even down to the haynesville.
leo, they cant just move 476 the way my property is set up . they will have to lease it and i will not let them pool it either. it will be a straight up lease 2 year drilling lease with my option.
