i have been offered money to sell a tiny 1 acre that i inherited in sec 23.  is there a way a can get any comparable sales in that area.  the contract offer expires this evening.

There are many Section 23s in Lincoln Parish, one in fact in each township.  Without the Township and Range to go with the section number, no one can know where your 1 acre is located.  Even with the proper location information you won't find any comparable sales.  There are locals in the Ruston area that would likely make you an offer but anyone making an offer that expires this evening is probably low balling you.
