My thoughts exactly when I read the article.
Will never happen........I guess they'd just rather see the leases expire unless Encana can drill all the acreage for both of them. Seems to be the only chance "Shell Western Exploration & Non-production Inc." has. Seems that they would get tired of and be embarassed by comments like this! But maybe not....They probably just sent the Manager in charge of the Haynesville to Outer Mongolia.
Speaking of SWEPI.... Does anyone have a good reason as to why SWEPI, on many of its wells, drills short laterals? If you look at the surface location on many of their wells, you see that they are often 500 to 1000 feet away from the edge of the unit. I just don't get these guys....
Henry,
Something happened to my computer.....I was replying to your discussion on EnCana reporting a 17 mmcf IP in North Sabine when your post just disappeared. I was wondering if you could reply to your post so it would bring it back up to the top. It was a very good post with a website to look at the EnCana report. Thank you in advance for your help.
Waltcop,
It's still there.... It's about the 6th post down, but in the Sabine Parish Group.
Thanks Henry and Parker, I was able to find it after Ken Hatcher gave Henry's post a Bump last night. It is in the Sabine Parish Group.
Henry,

I've noticed this on Encana's presentations as well.

Just one of those things that an owner might want to address when granting a surface location.
