Keenan, these are two separate wells with each in a different section. The McCoy 16 #H1 Well is located completely in Section 16. Please see the the attached for the well locations.

I appreciate your reply. Can you tell me if they have completed or started the well in Section 16. It appears that 9 and 16 are in close proximity. And, of course Mom and Lynn are hearing and seeing a lot of activity. Thanks.
Keenan, the available information indicates neither well has been spudded as of last Friday. Of course someone in the area may have more up to date information. The activity could be related to building the drilling pad.
As before, your help is appreciated. I'm trying to keep up with this from a 300 miles away. So, this site and your help is most appreciated. I'll be up this coming weekend to take a look at all the activity going on. Sure has changed the landscape around the homeplace. Very busy up there.
