I am in S 2 and S 11 - leased to Chesapeake.
I suppose they will come along eventually.
I feel like the step child!

RC. My thoughts are as follows: Be patient as there is no way you can affect the timing of wells drilling on your property. Think about what you will do with your royalty income. How will you invest it? What are the tax implications? Would a family L.L.C. be a good vehicle for managing your mineral interests for the next 40 or 50 years? Have you looked at decline rate discussions here on the site? It's helpful to have some idea of how your royalty declines with well production decline. Now is a good time to look ahead and plan. It may make the waiting a little easier. Okay, not much but you may be glad you spent the time wisely in preparation for becoming a royalty recipient.

RC. I had a couple of errors that gave an erroneous total but Les B. noticed them and has corrected me. Thanks, Les. The correct total is 29.

Sections 4-6 to EOG.
Sections 7-9,14 to Chesapeake. *
Sections10,14,23,25,27-33 to SWEPI. *
Sections 3,12,35,36 to Petrohawk.

Obviously Section 14 can only be under unit order to one operator. I suspect that SWEPI applied and received the first order. A later assignment was made to CHK and they applied to the LOC to have the unit order approved for therm. I'm waiting for confirmation from Les.

Units/Sections, thats what your refering to right. I am particualrly intrested in units along Elysian Fields road in Greenwood Waskum field where Petrahawk and Cheasepeake are moving closer together.
