Southwestern, Cabot, Common Resources enter into JOA and AMI in San Augustine

To target the Haynesville/Bossier shale. One near KVG#3 and other in and near Northwest Quirk Survey A-35.

County records. I added the attachments late. Did you take a look at them?
I have now... interesting, for sure. Have you figured out how far this is from you?
About a mile from the Southernmost part of the AMI and 1.75 miles from the JOA area....and still no lease agreement from you know who. Go figure. I feel that it may be becoming more valuable by the day though.
Did you go through that stuff I sent you on the UMI up north of us? I thought it might be useful to know at some point.
I did read that and it is good info. Thank you . We are still holding out for a fair lease. We will be released altogether within 2 weeks at our request and will finally be able to see the market value is at this time.
Stay on them if it doesn't get filed in a timely fashion. And let us know when you know something about the market.
Alongview----You mention Fossil but I find Common Resources rather than Fossil Resources with SWN and COG in the JOA. Which is correct?
You were correct. It is Common Resources and I changed the title to reflect that. Thanks Adubu!
