TGGT Shelby Gas Plant

I was down in the northern part of San Augustine County and drove by this plant being built. Mercy looks like TGGT is spending major $$. Anybody have a clue what kind of investment is being placed into this substantial facilty?

I haven't found a $$ figure yet.  If you can find a transcript of their 4Q call, there may have been something in it.  The Exco website has a page for TGGT: http://www.excoresources.com/midstream.htm

"Additionally, TGG has initiated major midstream expansion efforts in the Shelby Trough area in East Texas. TGG is currently installing the infrastructure and pipeline systems necessary to treat and gather the substantial production volumes expected from this area."
