The Arkansas Leasing Manual can be attained at www.aogc.state.ar.us/index.htm . It is displayed on the left side of the page as 'Ark Leasing Manual'. It is on the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission Home page. this should get anyone there who cares to read it. It is only 39 pages long, but it contains mineral leases, water leases, road and wellpad leases and everything in between. Mineral rights and land owner rights and Common Lease Clauses. The whole manual is very informative, but page 25 to 39 is very specific.  Like I said, it's 39 pages.  If you read it, tell me what you think, 'does this manual give you any knowledge in negotiating O&G Leases?'  Cary
