Several of the best wells from the Deep Tuscaloosa (producing from the 1970s) have cumulative production averaging 50 - 100 BCF each. The Judge Digby field discovery well (Parlange No. 1) had a spectacular blowout that when brought 'under control' produced 140 mmcfd (open flow; delivered to sales) prior to the well being killed.

Not sure about the "biggest well", but the biggest natural gas field has been generally accepted to be the Hugoton Gas Field located primarily in KS (over 35 TCF produced to date), although it has been postulated that the larger unconventional gas fields will eventually eclipse the Hugoton (including the HS).
