What Is the Position of Onshore O&G Toward Offshore Moratorium?

I noticed this article and wondered, haven't seen statements issued specifically by onshore companies.

this forum's starting to be full of strong odors as well, zombie mice that won't acknowledge being stepped on are pretty rank.

What are Zombie Mice? Is this some Twilight reference? Zombie Mice, they so dreamy.
the zombie mouse requires brrrrraaaaaaiinnnsss! and i speak for the entire zombie mouse community when i say this.

Is all that red stuff mouse blood or is it some sort of something that the mouse is eating?
it's my understanding that if brains aren't available, zombie mice will sometimes scrabble after bloody little scraps left by larger predators.
