Why is the Haynesville so low on the discussion page?

The "Haynesville" is the 9th choice on the discussion forum.  If you use no natural order, then usually the more popular items go to the top of the page, under the new format it already takes 2 clicks on the down botton to reach the top forum categories and now even more clicks to reach the reason for this forum the "HAYNESVILLE".  I know it is only a few extra clicks, but a good website design should try to minimize user clicks and highlight the reason for the page.

Another confusion, I click the "About this Site" category and then click "Add a Discussion" on the far left thinking that it would add this discussion to that category and I was wrong as I need to click the "+Add" to keep to within the same category.

Regarding the "it already takes 2 clicks on the down botton to reach the top forum categories," Can you paste the link you are referring to? Thanks.
