WILL O&G COMPANIES BUY LAND AND WELLS?

Just curious i own 149 acres in Harrison County Texas with a new producing Lower Bossier well on it. Does anyone think that a O&G Company would come and buy the land with royalties or is that ethical. I would rather have my money in a lump sum so i can enjoy it instead of royalties.
