my family and i own 80 acres in cherokee county. today we got an offer to lease mineral interest for $200 an acre. Does anyone know the going leasing rate for this area right now??

what the abstract # of the RG Tompson Survey? easier to look up on texas rrc site for location and recent activity. What company offering the lease?
