We have 165 acres just south of Nacogdoches (Martha Laird Survey, A-893). how far are we from this well?

I'm not sure what the mileage would be, exactly.  The well is just south of Etoile so it would be 15-20 miles, I expect.

Our lease recently ran out on this property, what would you suggest to get it back on the market?

Ask the lessee to file a release on your acreage which would give notice in the county records that you are now unleased.

If there is interest in that area you will be found.

Our lease is up too. Should this request be made even if there's an offer on the table?   Do you know if anyone is getting "1/4 no cost" in the area? We're east of town on 21, Flores survey.

I have most often seen 22.5% with a no cost clause.  It's all negotiable but you will probably have to sacrifice some up front bonus money to get 25% today and I don't know if you can get that with the no cost language.  It depends on the location and the size of the tract as well as who wants the lease and whether there is any competition in that area.

 Any idea when one might find monthly production totals for this well?

Production has been reported since March.  Use this link, search Production by Lease, set the lease type to pending and use the serial number for RRC ID.  Set the 1st date to March and leave the 2nd one as is.

You're welcome.  Once there is a Lease ID # assigned, use that number and set the type to gas.

Recent update on this well from Goodrich is cumulative production for 1st five months was 1.5 Bcf and the well is still producing > 9 MMcfd at 8700 psi flowing pressure.  Early indications are they expect the well EUR to be 12+ Bcf.

Goodrich's latest presentation has an updated decline curve for this well/area on page 25.  The two interesting pieces of data is that now it shows declines curves for 8/10/12/14 Bcfe wells and that with the restricted choke the decline curves don't really seperate until the 8 month of production.  I am sure that other data like flowing pressure gives the company an idea of which decline curve they are expecting and the booking EUR.
