Westwind is not registered with the LA.  Secretary of State.  It is not a requirement to do business in the state still it's a small red flag.  You should search the TX. SOS database to see their registration information on record there.

How about PETRO-GUARD PRODUCTION, LLC anyone have any dealings with them, good or bad?
