Yes, both permits expired 8/31/2013. One rig running currently. The DeSoto Drilling Rig #21 is 25 days drilling on the Hollis 27-22-3 #1, S27 - 22N - 3W, Union Parish.
New permit for Plum Creek well showed up today #247010, 9476ft
Looks like the new permit is for a vertical well, but the surface location is the same as for the original Plum Creek horizontal permit. This surface location is actually in Section 13, outside the unit, so they will probably drill a directional well to put the penetration point inside the unit, in Section 12.
