what should i ask for my house

i am goingto sell my house and 2 ac the minerals are leased , what would be a fair price to ask?

are you going to keep your minerals? are they being sold with the house? I know my daughter is selling her house on a little over 3 acres with the minerals that has a lease. She was offered 200,000 if they did not have a lease on it without even seing the house or the property. She has a doublewide.,

yes the minerals will go with it if the price is right ,
