My son and I have property in Keatchie city limits. His is located on Depot Rd and mine is on Hwy 5. I believe section 21T14NR15W. He has approx 7 acres and mine is approx 4. Neither of us has leased. Any info would be appreciated

hi keb were located 2 miles north of keatchie on hwy 789 20 acres near interstate pipeline

Hi Kim, I spoke with Larry Schafer with PetroMax who advertises on our site. He is interested in gathering as he said, "a lot of acreage". I told him I would get as many people as I could in the Keatchie; if you're interested...please let him know I referred you to him; here is his email : lschafer@petromaxoperating.com.com I'm hoping we can get enough people in the area so we can get our land leased also. Kim, I know what you mean giving up on chk. How far back do we need to check our minerals? Pray yours is clear. Yes, let's get our land leased. From reading some of the comments on the site; sounds like they think waiting until the new year may find us in good standing; what do you think. Got a lawyer yet? We're thinking about getting one.

Got to put the mineral title back to 1921 for Louisiana, I would suggest going all the way back to patent.
