NORTH DESOTO IS 14N 14W SECTIONS 5 AND 6; I WOULD HAVE INTEREST ALSO ON FUTURE DRILLING. ONLY COMMUNICATION SO FAR IS ENCANA'S PETITION TO COMMISSIONER SEPT OF 07 OR 08 THAT INCLUDED THESE SECTIONS IN 8 SECTION UNIT FOR PROPOSED 9 WELLS AS FORCED POOLED AND MORE RECENT ACTIVITY OF DENVER COMPANY INQUIRING ABOUT INTEREST TO SELL MINERAL RIGHTS, A GENERIC LETTER.
thanks for the info.
I assume you own property in North DeSoto Estates........ Are you sure you own the mineral rights??? When we bought our lot in North DeSoto Estates in 2005, the mineral rights were retained by the developers of the subdivision.
by 2005 they were retaining or selling the rights. we bought before griffin was poured, and we have the mineral rights.
yes we have the rights we bought them out rite
They didn't even offer to sell us the rights..... but that's okay cause I own the mineral rights to a bunch of property in the Naborton area of DeSoto Parish .....And, yes, I did get some of that bonus money....... Now I'm just waiting on the wells to be drilled..... Hopefully, we will all be seeing some big royalty checks soon.
yes we have the rights we bought them out rite
