EnCana assigns to Chesapeake

…and I am sure vice versa. It looks like they have started playing Monopoly. See attached. For those concerned who have a lease with EnCana or Chesapeake in south Desoto they should check their leases at the courthouse! Documents are on file for lease swaps between Encana and Chesapeake. This has probably happened in Sabine as well.
I discovered it when I tried to renegotiate my lease with EnCana.
